Lily has been busy creating her own version of Molly for the top of the cake
How far in advance can you make the different fruits so they are edible?

When you make your decorations in advance, how do you store them?

I let them dry on a tray with baking paper and then I keep them on the tray away from the sun in a cool place. If I make them weeks and weeks in advance I would maybe put them in a container once they have hardened, but generally I just leave them out.
